MMAKF is run by an office as well as by instructors — competition operations, credentials, membership, education, media and finance. These are the posts it is currently advertising.

The federation advertises here when it recruits. Nothing is held on file between advertisements, so there is no general application to make — a post appears on this page when it opens, with its own closing date and its own form.
If you teach, the route in is different and it is open now: MMAKF approves instructors through the coaching pathway, which is a credential process rather than a vacancy.
Clubs join the federation through affiliation.
How MMAKF recruits
- Every post is advertised here
- A vacancy appears on this page only once the federation has opened it and decided to publish it — two separate acts, held by two different authorities inside the federation office.
- You apply against the post, not to a database
- Applying gives you a reference. It does not create a membership record and does not enter you in the federation's register of people — MMAKF's people register is its members, coaches, officials and athletes, and an application is none of those.
- What happens to your application
- It is read by the recruiting office, and you may be invited to an interview with a panel. A panel member records their own view independently and cannot revise it after reading the others'.
