How MMAKF recruits
- Every post is advertised here
- A vacancy appears on this page only once the federation has opened it and decided to publish it — two separate acts, held by two different authorities inside the federation office.
- You apply against the post, not to a database
- Applying gives you a reference. It does not create a membership record and does not enter you in the federation's register of people — MMAKF's people register is its members, coaches, officials and athletes, and an application is none of those.
- What happens to your application
- It is read by the recruiting office, and you may be invited to an interview with a panel. A panel member records their own view independently and cannot revise it after reading the others'.
