Headquarters Timetable

The hombu dojo week.

14 batches a week across dojo and online, seven days. Mon–Sat · 06:00–09:00 & 17:00–20:00 IST . 06:00–09:00 & 17:00–20:00 IST . Affiliated clubs set their own timings — find yours in the club directory.

These are the headquarters’ timings. They are not a federation-wide timetable and they are not the timings of any affiliated club. Every MMAKF club, dojo and training centre publishes its own — an evening club does not train when the hombu trains.

Reigi

Dojo etiquette.

Etiquette is the fifth pillar of the MMAKF system. These rules apply to every student, every batch, every belt — including black.

  1. 01 Bow (rei) when entering and leaving the dojo floor.
  2. 02 Arrive 10 minutes early; late entrants wait at the edge of the mat for the sensei's signal.
  3. 03 Train barefoot — no shoes, jewellery or watches on the tatami.
  4. 04 Keep your gi clean and your belt tied correctly.
  5. 05 Address instructors as Sensei or Shihan; respond with "Oss".
  6. 06 No free sparring without an instructor's supervision.
Morning batches
Early morning sessions run on every day the dojo is open — including the long Sunday morning block — so school and college students can train before the day begins.
Online sessions
Tue / Thu / Sun online sessions carry the same syllabus for remote students worldwide.
Weekend open batches
Saturday open mat and the Sunday open batch — all levels, all instructors, grading prep and cross-batch sparring. Sunday runs a morning and an afternoon block, on seasonal timings.
Train with MMAKF

Begin your Karate-Do.

From one student to a school training hundreds, MMAKF delivers structured Shotokan through a national network. Tell the federation what you need and it goes to the unit that handles it.

  1. Say who the training is for An individual, a school, a university, a company, a government body or a community organisation. The federation asks different things of each.
  2. Answer what is needed to price it The same questions the training office would ask — roughly how many people, where you are, and what you want run. It saves as you go, so you can stop and come back to it.
  3. Keep a reference and a status link Your request reaches the training office against a reference, and you get a link that shows where it has actually got to.

Fees depend on what you need — the federation quotes against your own requirements rather than a price list. Would rather not use a form? Write to admin@mmakf.in with your institution, roughly how many people, and where you are.
