What is searchable
And what never is.
Certificates, by number only
A certificate is found by its exact certificate number. Holder name is not a match
field — a search that lists everyone called Kumar with their grades is a bulk export
of the grading register wearing a search box. To check a credential, use
the verification page.
Safeguarding and medical records, never
Safeguarding, medical and disciplinary casework is not reachable from search at any
permission level, including the federation's own administrators. There is no result
type for it, so a match is not representable — not merely blocked.
